Most orders take 2 - 3 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to process. This DOES NOT include shipping timeline. PLEASE READ BELOW.

Due to COVID-19, USPS is taking longer than usual to process and ship orders. We cannot control how quickly USPS scans, sorts, and delivers your package.

STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We do not offer any exchanges, or refunds of any kind to any of our products including gift cards. All online and in store/event sales are final. For returns, please read our Refund Policy for further instructions.
SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at shop.ramc@gmail.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after the 7 days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
